Exchange & Return Policy
At Jewellity, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As each piece is handcrafted with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is damaged during transit.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at jewellity@gmail.com or +91 9871558002 within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number along with a video recording of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the damaged product.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process and assist in resolving the issue.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged products.
- Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
